These terms apply to your use of the uncover071 website at uncover071.ba and to any experience you book with us. By using the site or making a booking, you agree to these terms. Please read them before you book.

About us

uncover071 is a tour and experience provider based in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, owned and operated by Custom Concept d.o.o. You can contact us at hello@uncover071.ba.

Our experiences

We offer guided tours, treasure hunts, workshops, and special experiences in and around Sarajevo. Each experience page describes what is included, the meeting point, duration, group size, languages, suitability, and price. We try to keep this information accurate and up to date, but details can change, and the description on the experience page at the time of booking is what applies.

Bookings

Bookings are made through our booking platform, EZ Booker. When you book, you confirm that the information you provide (including name, email, telephone number, group size, and any participant details) is accurate and complete. A booking is confirmed once you receive confirmation from the booking system. We may decline or cancel a booking where an experience is unavailable, fully booked, or where required information is missing.

You are responsible for arriving at the stated meeting point at the start time. Late arrivals may not be able to join, and we cannot guarantee a refund in that case.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each experience page, in euros (EUR), per person unless stated otherwise, and are inclusive of VAT. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Monri. We do not store your card details. We may update prices from time to time, but the price confirmed at the time of your booking is the price that applies to that booking.

Cancellations, changes, and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms can differ between experiences and are shown on each experience page and at the time of booking. The terms on the relevant experience page apply to your booking.

You may cancel for a refund within the cancellation period stated on each experience page. Once that period has passed, or once the experience has taken place, the booking is non-refundable. This applies to both digital and live experiences.

If we have to cancel an experience – for example because of weather, safety, insufficient bookings, or circumstances beyond our control – we will offer you an alternative date or a refund of the amount you paid us for that experience.

Participating in an experience

To make sure everyone has a good and safe time:

You are responsible for assessing whether an experience is suitable for you and anyone in your group, taking into account the fitness, mobility, age, and health information on the experience page.
Where an experience has age or suitability limits, please respect them. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Please follow your guide’s reasonable instructions, especially around safety. We may ask anyone behaving unsafely, disruptively, or under the influence to leave an experience without a refund.
Routes, stops, and timings may be adjusted by your guide where needed for safety, weather, access, or group needs.

Our responsibility to you

We take care to run our experiences professionally and safely. To the fullest extent allowed by law:

We are not liable for loss or damage caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including weather, transport disruption, strikes, illness, or other force majeure events.
We are not responsible for your personal belongings during an experience.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it cannot lawfully be limited – for example for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

We recommend you hold your own travel and/or personal insurance appropriate to the activity.

Intellectual property

The content on uncover071.ba – including text, photographs, the uncover071 name and logo, and the design of the site – belongs to uncover071 or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our written consent.

Third-party platforms and links

Bookings and payments are handled through third-party platforms (EZ Booker and Monri), and the site may link to other websites. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, which apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.

Privacy

How we handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy policy. By booking with us, you acknowledge that booking and payment information is processed through EZ Booker and Monri as described there.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. We hope to resolve any issue directly first, so please contact us at hello@uncover071.ba. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be subject to the competent courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date shows when they last changed. The terms in force at the time of your booking apply to that booking.
